This money making method was very new to me 12 months ago but I have now made quite a success of it. I set up a blog that was a diary of my weight loss diet. It was nothing too elaborate – just a simple blogger.com blog that cost me nothing to set up. As I started getting visitors I was looking at my site and began to wonder if there was a way to make money from my blog.

The idea was to add something called adsense to my blog. Google puts these adverts up near the main search results.

Google does not make any charge for this type of blog so you can start this business for free. When the adsense adverts are shown in the page they are always on the right subject. This give you more chance of getting clicks on the page. When I get a click on my site on an advert I get paid a small amount for it.

So I found my diet blog was now earning me a bit of money. There was not much money coming in at the start but with more visitors I started getting more money paying clicks. So what you can do is start with one blog and get that going. You can run as many of these blogs as you want and they will earn you money as long as they have good content.
